Return & Exchange Promise

 

 

We promise

 

to be your trusted product seller by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve – all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

 

 

Return Policy
 

 

You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange.

If you are not already a member, please consider joining our J&R RE-SELLER program.

You can return or exchange electronics within 14 days for a full refund. This return period also applies if you are a My J&R RE-SELLER member.

Delivery

 

Some items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These items include major appliances, medical supplies, construction materials, office materials, electronics, TVs 51" or larger and furniture.

 

  • Haul-away and recycling of your old item. Or we'll move it to another place in your home.

Basic hookup of your new item. (Fees Apply)

 

Delivery Details

 

  • The day before delivery, we'll call you with a 2-hour delivery window. (We're unable to accommodate specific delivery times.)

  • Deliveries occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

  • Be sure an adult 18 or older is home to sign for delivery. (Must be 19 or older in AL and NE.)

 

Before the delivery team arrives, please clear a pathway to the room where you want the item delivered. The pathway should be clear of all obstacles and have at least a 8 inch clearance on all sides.

 

Note: Special order deliveries will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage.

If your order includes other items that do not require scheduled delivery, they will be shipped separately.

 

Haul-Away and Recycling

 

We'll haul away your old item for free when a qualifying replacement product is delivered by J&R RE-SELLERS

 

Then we'll make sure it's properly and safely recycled.

  • Additional items can be hauled away and recycled for $20 per item.

  • Items are responsibly recycled by our licensed, third-party recycling partners.

  • Our recycling partners ensure that the various commodities are sent to locations where they will be recycled and repurposed into new products.


Note: Special order items do not include basic hookup or haul-away and recycling
